Spiral Heart Special is an upgraded attack performed by Amulet Heart by holding a Heart Rod, spinning it, and then using the pink energy to surround the X-Eggs within a ring. It is mainly used when there is a large amount of X-eggs. This move is usually followed by Platinum Royal's White Decoration that secures the X-eggs. After this, she uses the humpty lock to purify them.

Its original counterpart is "Spiral Heart".
