Manami is a minor character in the same class as Amu Hinamori. She is one of the few characters who are closer to Amu aside from the Guardians. Because her mother owns a flower shop, Manami dreams of becoming a florist, but also wants to try other stuff.

Appearance[]
Manami has fair skin and brown eyes. Her straight brown hair is tied in double buns with a medium loose curl followed by short strands hanging on each side of the head, as well as choppy bangs.
As Flower Dream, Manami's hair color turns pink while keeping the same hairstyle, except it is now tied by dark pink flower scrunchies. She wears a flower-shaped crop top adorned by a butterfly wing of green and burgundy colors on the back, as well as pink-white fairy skirt. Green elbow-length bushy gloves worn on her hands match the pattern of her high boots. Prior to the Mystery Egg, a large question mark appears on her forehead. The ruby necklace turns into a necklace fastened on her flower-themed collar controlling her.

Manami seems to be a kind and caring girl.
As Flower Dream[]
One day, Manami became a victim of Lulu De Morcerf's hypnotizing jewel and went into a Character Change, causing her to spread seeds all over the park which immediately burst into bloom, even on solid objects. People who were entangled by these flowers fell into a trance-like state.
As Flower Dream, she can control the plants and the flowers summoned to trap the Guardians, as well as being able to shoot a line of dark magic to sprout flowers on everything being hit.
Manami transformed into "Flower Dream" once Amu provoked her by telling her to stop. She used flowers and plants to trap the Guardians, but Amu managed to break free and used her upgraded powers against her. After some reasoning, Manami realized she made mistakes and returned to her old self with Open Heart, only to forget about what happened.
Etymology[]
Manami means "true sea".
Relationships[]
When Amu Hinamori confessed to Tadase Hotori in the first episode, Manami was one of the first people to confront her. The two girls have been close friends since.
